Application and registration
For your application, please use the web interface. Applications by email will not be accepted.
Please note that you have to create an "indico" account before you can access the registration form. After successfully submitting your application, you receive an automatic confirmation per email. If you do not receive this email, please check that you have filled in everything as required, otherwise contact us.
Applications close on April 1st, 2019.
The selection of participants is based exclusively upon the documents which you send us, in particular your motivation letter, your CV and academic record. Your application must fulfill the formal criteria (see “Eligibility”), and the organizers may eventually have to do a balance of participants from different areas of science, different nations, etc.
If you have, you are welcome to express any particular interests in which field you would like to work during your stay.
You will receive notice if your application has been accepted, or not, by late May.
In case your application has been successful, you will receive all further information concerning the administrative formalities and the preparation of your stay.
In particular, by that time you will be asked to confirm your participation and to register. Upon registration, a reservation fee of 200 Euros will have to be paid. This fee is like a deposit: it secures your place and will be reimbursed at the beginning of your stay; it will however not be reimbursed if after your registration you change mind and do not come and participate.

- Motivation letter
- CV, including transcript of all university marks and exams
- Certificate of English proficiency (students enrolled in English-speaking countries are exempt from this)
