GDPR Policy

Dear visitor, the partners of "CARAC 2019" are engaged to its users to support a clear and honest policy regarding the confidentiality, use or manipulation of your personal information. In accordance with current laws and regulations, the following paragraphs remind you of the consent you have given when registering for the event "CARAC 2019", which took place in Grenoble on October 16, 2018.

GDPR Consent - mandatory

I hereby give my consent for the personal data I have provided in this registration form to be used for EPN site access formalities and it will be retained for a maximum of 5 years. I have noted that my personal data are also necessary to get the access to the event CARAC 2019, including receiving e-mail with practical information about this event.

I agree to the processing of my personal data by the organiser "The Platform for Advanced Characterisation - Grenoble (PAC-G)" and sharing my personal data with the academic partners: European Neutron Source (ILL), The European Synchrotron (ESRF), CEA-LETI, Laboratory of Subatomic Physics and Cosmology (LPSC CNRS-UGA), Institute Néel and Grenoble-INP / CMTC. My personal data won't be transferred to any other third parties without my authorisation and there will be no transfer outside the European Union.

I am aware of the right to access to my data, to request their rectification or erasure, to object or restrict their processing and the right to data portability by writing to the dedicated address: gdpr@pac-grenoble.eu, dpd@cea.fr, webgroup@esrf.fr, gdpr@ill.fr, dpd.demandes@cnrs.fr

Your data registered on “CARAC 2019” website, will be deleted the 1st February 2019 on the Indico website.
