Accomodation
The participants have access to the Guest-House on the common site. It reception is open from 07h00 to 12h00 on week-end and from 07h00 to 20h00 on week.
Room badges (cards) are now replacing the standard keys and are programmed according to your registration dates. In case of modification during your stay, please ensure to update your room badge using the card reader located in the guest house reception hall.
Room badges are left at the site entrance by the guardians outside the opening hours.
Meals
The participants have access to the ILL-ESRF restaurant on the common site with their badge.
The ILL-ESRF restaurant is opened from 11h30 to 13h30 and from 19h00 to 20h30.
Alternatively, you can buy sandwiches, coffee or tea and soft drinks at the distributing machines, payment with euro coins.
