Abstract Submission DEADLINE: Sunday 27 January 2019
ON-LINE ABSTRACT SUBMISSION IS NOW CLOSED. IT IS HOWEVER STILL POSSIBLE TO SUBMIT ABSTRACTS FOR POSTER PRESENTATIONS (NOT ORAL) UNTIL SUNDAY 24 FEBRUARY 2019 BY FILLING IN THE WORD TEMPLATE BELOW AND ATTACHING IT TO AN EMAIL SENT TO:

If you are an invited speaker for either the School or Conference part, or you would like to make either an oral or poster presentation during the Conference part, you need to submit your abstract no later than the deadline of Sunday 27 January 2019, so that we can include your abstract in the official Abstracts Booklet that you will receive during ADD2019.
Here you can find the Word template for preparing your abstract:
Once you have edited the Word template to produce your abstract, use the "Submit new abstract" button below in order to submit your abstract as a Word (.docx) file that you upload to the box at the bottom of the abstract submission window, after entering at the top of this window the abstract Title (i.e. NOT the title of the person submitting the abstract), followed by the contribution type (see below) and then the names of the authors, and finally an optional comment. Please upload only the Word file (.doc or .docx) of your abstract, and NOT a .pdf export nor a LaTeX file -- we need the Word file in order to prepare the Abstracts Booklet.
In the abstract submission window, be sure to indicate your prefered contribution type:
- oral presentation (i.e. short talk)
- poster presentation
- oral or poster
- invited talk (only if we have invited you for a presentation)
Description of contribution formats:
- Oral (short talk): 20 min talk + 5 min questions
- Poster: vertical A0, which is about 840 mm wide x 1190 mm high.
NB: When entering names of (co-)authors in the abstract submission window, you can click on either the "Search" button to find authors that already have Indico accounts, or click on the "Enter manually" button to enter other authors. You must enter at least the main author/speaker. If you want to add co-authors, note that you must first enter them as an "author", and then you can click on the gear symbol to the right of a given author's name in order to move him/her to the co-authors list.
Deadline for abstract submission is Sunday 27 January 2019.
We plan to give you notification of abstract acceptance by 1 February 2019, while we'll accept late abstract submission for poster only until 24 February 2019.
