Registration fees
- Full delegates: 300 € (before 7 July 2018) – 400 € (until 6 August 2018)
- Students and delegates from developing countries: 150 € (before 7 July 2018) – 200 € (until 6 August 2018)
10% discount for IUPAC full delegates.
The fee includes lunches, the wine & cheese buffet, the gala dinner, 1 return tram ticket per day and the book of abstracts.
A few "grants" will be offered to students that attend the meeting and present a communication. This grant will consist in waiving the early bird registration fee. To apply for this grant, students must send a motivation letter, a copy of the email notifying the acceptance of the communication, and a letter from their supervisor attesting of their status. As the number of such grants is limited, the organization committee will select the recipients among the applicants. Please send the request and documents to polysolvat12@ill.eu. The deadline for application is July 5.
