Please note that:
- A proof of your student status will be asked.
- Registration fees include canteen meals (except for Thursday and Friday evening), coffee breaks and the conference dinner.
- Accommodation is foreseen at the ILL Guesthouse and includes breakfast.
- Payment is possible on-line via credit card or bank transfer.
- If you feel you are justified for financial aid (waived registration fees), send us an email. We will let you know before the payment deadline.
Cancellation policy and refund of registration fees:
- cancellation up to 2 months before the conference date: 100% refund of the registration fee
- cancellation between 2 months and 1 month before the conference date: 50% refund of the registration fee
- cancellation only 1 month before the conference date: no refund
