Anton Zeilinger, from the University of Vienna, was awarded the 2022 Nobel Prize for Physics for his experiments on the quantum entanglement of photons. The prize was shared with Alan Aspect and John Clauser.

Between 1974 and 1989, Professor Zeilinger came to the ILL as an invited researcher, while he was studying the quantum properties of neutrons.

He will come back to Grenoble on Wednesday 30th October to give a talk on his work, at the EPN Campus (ESRF auditorium).

The number of seats is limited at 160, and places will be distributed on a first-come first-served basis.
