Call for Abstracts

  • Opening day
  • Submission deadline

Deadline for Poster abstract submission was Sunday 23 Nov 2025
Deadline for Oral abstract submission was Sunday 09 Nov 2025

We received abstracts requesting a contributed oral presentation until Sunday 9 November 2025. Abstracts not selected for talk contributions were accepted for poster presentations. If you are an invited speaker for either the School or Conference part, then you need to submit your abstract by Sunday 23 November 2025, so that we have time to include it in the Abstracts Booklet.

In the abstract submission window, obtained by clicking on the blue button below, you should provide a title and the abstract content using the text formatting buttons at the top of the text window, and either LaTeX or Markdown for math formulae. Unfortunately, it is not possible to add images and figures to the abstract due to Indico constraints. Any references should appear at the end.

Please, be sure to indicate your preferred contribution type:
- oral presentation (i.e. short talk)
- poster presentation
- oral or poster
- invited talk (only if we have invited you to give a presentation)

Description of contribution formats:
- Oral (short talk): 20 min talk + 5 min questions
- Poster: vertical A0, which is about 840 mm wide x 1190 mm high.

When entering names of (co-)authors in the abstract submission window, you can click on either the "Search" button to find authors that already have Indico accounts, or click on the "Enter manually" button to enter other authors. You must enter at least the main author/speaker. After you have added an additional author, you can click to the right of their name in order to toggle their role as either abstract author (listed in first line) or abstract co-author (listed in second line).

Finally, note that you can always modify your submitted abstract, up to the submission deadline. Simply click again on Call for Abstracts, then click on the abstract to modify, and then at the upper right you click on the pencil icon to edit it again. Clicking on the pdf symbol will generate a *.pdf file that should not be longer than one page, references included.``

The call for abstracts is closed.
