- A proof of your student status will be asked.
- Registration fees include canteen meals (except for Thursday and Friday evening) and coffee breaks.
- Accommodation is foreseen at the ILL/ESRF Guesthouse and includes breakfast.
- Payment is only possible online via credit card or bank transfer.
Cancellation policy and refund of registration fees
- cancellation up to 2 months before the conference date: 100% refund of the registration fee.
- cancellation between 2 months and 1 month before the conference date: 50% refund of the registration fee.
- cancellation only 1 month before the conference date: no refund.
