Fees:
The registration fee of the workshop is 330 EUR for regular participants and 160 EUR for students (undergraduate, graduate and PhD students).
The registration fee includes participation at all lectures, poster session with "aperitif dinatoire", guidehall visit, coffee breaks, 4 lunches and the conference dinner.
Accommodation:
We have 39 rooms avaliable in the EPN Guesthouse located on the ILL/ESRF campus. You can request a room when registering for the workshop. ATTENTION! The on-site guesthouse is avaliable only until the 13/03, all rooms have to be liberated by midday on the 13/03.
Marie-Curie Residence
We have 10 premium rooms pre-booked in the Marie Curie residence. The Residence is located off-site, near the train station. You can request a room when registering for the workshop (first come, first served).
ATTENTION: We did not mandate any external company to organize accommodation! Please be aware of any SCAM mails!
