Fees:
The estimated registration fee of the workshop will be around 350 EUR for regular participants and 250 EUR for students (undergraduate, graduate and PhD students). The amount is subjest to change depending on the level of sponsorship we obtain for the workshop. The exact amount will be communicated later, before the registration opens.
The registration fee includes participation at all lectures, poster session with "aperitive dinatoire", guidehall visit, coffee breaks, 4 lunches and the conference dinner.
Accommodation:
Limited number of rooms are bookable via the registration form in the on-site EPN guesthouse or in the Marie-Curie Residence, on a first come first served basis. For further details about accomodation please see the corresponding section.
ATTENTION: We did not mandate any external company to organize accommodation! Please be aware of any SCAM mails!
Abstract submission will open early October 2025, registration will begin around 20 December 2025.
