The ITMNR-10 conference will take place from Monday, October 12 (1:30 PM) to Friday, October 16, 2026 (2:30 PM) at Village Club Les Balcons du Lac d'Annecy, 1487 Route de Cessenaz, 74320 Sevrier.

Arrival on Monday 12 October:
- Bus transfers: Two buses will run from the Annecy Station to the conference venue, at 10:00 and 16:30. If you plan to take one of these buses, please sign up using the survey. Departure is Platform 2 (“QUAI 2”) at Annecy Train Station.
The buses will display an “ITMNR-10” sign in the window.

Public transport: The venue can also be reached by public transport from Annecy (bus 15 and Y51). Please note, however, that the nearest stop is approximately a 20–25 minute walk from the venue.

Accommodation: Bedrooms will be available for check-in from 17:00.

Late arrivals: If you expect to arrive at the venue after 20:00, please inform the venue in advance.

We encourage participants to stay on site to foster the spirit of the conference.
We have reserved a limited number of rooms, which will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional rooms will become available depending on demand, but potentially at a higher rate. We offer to intermediate with the hosting venue to ensure a conventioned rate.
Late arrivals or early departures are not refundable.
