We encourage participants to stay on site to foster the spirit of the conference.
We have reserved a limited number of rooms, which will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional rooms will become available depending on demand, but potentially at a higher rate. We offer to intermediate with the hosting venue to ensure a conventioned rate.
Late arrivals or early departures are not refundable.
