Registration Information
Registration Fees are covered thanks to sponsorship from ESS and ILL.
This will include :
- 2 days of talks
- 4 coffee breaks
- 2 lunches at the canteen
- A dinner in the centre of Grenoble on Wednesday 18th March
- VAT (TVA)

Accommodation
Participants are encouraged to reserve their own accommodation in the city center as the guesthouse has been booked
A total of 15 studios are available at the Marie Curie Residence from 16 - 18 March.
Rooms can be booked via the registration form at an additional cost of €62,70 per night, including breakfast. They will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Venue & Access Information
All talks will be held in the new seminar room (Room 110/111) on the first floor of ILL50, just outside the ZAC.
A campus map is available below, and downloadable on the event website homepage.
Please allow extra time to arrive, as there may be queues at the site entrance for badge collection.
A valid passport or national ID card is required to enter the site.
Note: Driving licenses are not accepted as valid ID.
