The conference dinner will take place in the Chateau de la Commanderie:

- Tartare de Saumon et Thon, Sorbet Tomate Basilic, Vinaigrette aux Agrumes
- Magret de Canard Caramélisé au Miel, Taboulé Fraicheur, Sauce Citron Jaune et Brochette de Melon
- Saint Marcellin Chaud aux Noix
- Croustillant Menthe-Chocolat, Tuile au Grué de Cacao et Sorbet Menthe
Vegetarian menu :
- Velouté de potimarron et Graines de courges torréfiées
- Risotto aux cèpes et effluves de truffes
- Salade de fruits de saison et sorbets
Social Event
Guided tour through the quartier Saint Laurent (St Lo) the oldest part of Grenoble whose history dates back to the 1st century A.D.
Lift up to the Bastille of Grenoble by - les Bulles - Grenoble's famous cable car. The bastille offers an breath taking view on the different mountain chains surrounding the Grenoble Metropole.
Refreshments and return to Grenoble either by foot if desired or by cable car.
