If you do not already have a site badge to the EPN campus, please remember to take your ID card or passport to the EPN site entrance with you (marked in orange on the attached map) in order to pick up your site badge. Driving licenses are not accepted as valid forms of ID.
We advise you to arrive in plenty of time, as there can be long queues at the site entrance.
One you have your badge, make your way to the ESRF entrance hall (the way is indicated by green arrows on the map below.)
Registrations for the symposium will take place in the ESRF entrance hall between 10.30am - 12.30pm. Here, you can pick up your name badge, which can be used to pay for your lunch at the canteen (the canteen is circled in red on the above map).
You can select your meal downstairs and go to the tills downstaris in the canteen, where you should show your event name badge for payment of the meal. You can then find seats either downstairs, or upstairs where 40 seats are reserved together.
Coffee and tea will be available for all participants after lunch in the upstairs part of the canteen (in paper cups which can be taken outside if desired).
