Registration Information

Registration Fee: €100 per person*
This includes:

  • 2 half-days of talks
  • 3 coffee breaks
  • 2 lunches at the canteen
  • A wine and cheese buffet on the evening of Tuesday, 16 December
  • VAT (TVA)

Accommodation
A total of 25 rooms are available at the on-site Guest House from 15–18 December.
Rooms can be booked via the registration form at an additional cost of €27 per night, including breakfast.

Abstract Deadline: Monday, December 1st at 9 am CET


Venue & Access Information

All talks will be held in the new seminar room (Room 110/111) on the first floor of ILL50, just outside the ZAC.
A campus map is available on the event website homepage.

Please allow extra time to arrive, as there may be queues at the site entrance for badge collection.
 

A valid passport or national ID card is required to enter the site.
Note: Driving licenses are not accepted as valid ID.
