Owing to limited number of places available for the school pre-registration will be necessary. Candidates will be requested to fill out the application form on the webpage, giving details about their studies and involvement in research activity, if any.
Selected candidates will be notified, and asked to confirm their registration at a second stage.
The pre-registration is open and will close the 20 February 2026.
The estimated participation fee in 2026 will be around 950 € (incl. 20% VAT). Exact amount will be communicated later.
Registration includes
- accommodation with full board (single room)
- lecture material (textbook hardcopy, all lectures available for download)
- sporting activities (choice of catamaran sailing- or windsurfing-course on Lake Hourtin)
- bicycle rental for the whole week
- welcome apéritif
- wine excursion
- summer school dinner
- shuttle bus service to & from Bordeaux central train station and airport.
To be eligible, applicants must be affiliated to a laboratory located in Europe.
The school is unable to provide individual financial support for the participation fee.
