Application
Participants will be selected based on CV and motivation letter by 2 February 2026.
The number of in-person participants is limited to approximately 30, but the number of on-line participants is not limited.
Candidates who have not been selected for in-person participation may still participate online.
Selected in-person participants will be required to pay a fee of 100 Euro. For registered in-person participants accommodation on-site, in Grenoble, is provided free of charge by the organisers for the whole week.
The Institut Français de Suède can fund up to six scholarships of SEK 5,000 each for registered participants who are affiliated with a Swedish University. This amount is intended to cover international transport costs and registration fees.
Accomodation
The participants have access to the Guest-House on the common site. It reception is open from 07h00 to 12h00 on week-end and from 07h00 to 20h00 on week.
Room badges (cards) are now replacing the standard keys and are programmed according to your registration dates. In case of modification during your stay, please ensure to update your room badge using the card reader located in the guest house reception hall.
Room badges are left at the site entrance by the guardians outside the opening hours.
