Participants who wish to :
- arrive a day early (before Monday 12th October)
- bring a partner for double occupation in their room (additional 50 euros per night)
may do so on an individual basis (subject to availability) .
They should register themselves on the conference website and then ask for the extra night or double occupancy in their room by emailing "reservation@neaclub.com".
Please mention that you are part of the conference so the conference centre can link your booking to the group’s rooming list. You can then settle the price difference directly with the centre.
