Participants who wish to :
- arrive a day early (from Sunday 11 October)
- to bring a partner for double occupation in their room
may do so on an individial basis (subject to availability) .
They should register themselves on the conference website and then ask for the extra night or double occupancy in their room by emailing "reservation@neaclub.com".
Please mention that you are part of the seminar so the conference centre can link your booking to the group’s rooming list. You can then settle the price difference directly with the centre.
