All fees include meals, welcome reception, conference dinner and social event. Accompanying person fee includes welcome reception, conference dinner and social event.

- Students early bird fee 400 EUR
- Full late fee 850 EUR
- Students late fee 500 EUR
- Accompanying person fee 100 EUR
For students, housing costs in the Guest House are covered by the conference organizers (limit = 40, first come first served).
