Description

CARAC 2019

CARAC is the event dedicated to materials characterisation for industry supported by the IRT Nanoelec and the European projects CalipsoPlus, NFFA and SINE2020. CARAC 2019 is a one and a half days event offering presentations of industrial cases, tutorials on characterisation techniques and visits to laboratories and large-scale facilities based in Grenoble.

NEWS 2019 edition

CARAC 2019 will take place over two days:

  • The main conference will take place in the morning of November 28th. You are kindly invited to attend the conference and send us your contribution through the call for paper. A free feasibility test in one of the organising facilities will be awarded for the best contribution. In the afternoon, we will offer three workshops with tutorials on several characterisation techniques. It will be an occasion to learn more about the advanced techniques and its industrial applications in the following sectors: energy, electronics and engineering.
  • In the morning of November 29th, you will get the chance to visit the characterisation platforms and the large facilities based in Grenoble. Our business team and scientists will then be available to schedule a meeting with you.

If you wish to contact our scientists before the event, write to eventcarac@pac-grenoble.eu  our team will introduce you to the right person whom will provide you the answer to your questions.

You can choose to attend one tutorial session focused in one specific field, which includes an overview of the advanced techniques available to solve an industrial problem and an application case or a practical examples to show you what other companies have already done.
On this occasion we will share our advantage of bringing together experienced scientists from all over the world in one place. It is an action to cut the gap between industry and advanced research. So, if you want to have a first impression about material characterisation or you want to discover the new goals that can be reached today, this opportunity is made for you.
