The 2025 Walter Hälg Prize, sponsored by SwissNeutronics, was awarded to Juan Rodriguez-Carvajal in recognition of his exceptional contributions to neutron science through the development of FullProf which is widely used for Rietveld analysis of powder diffraction data for crystallographic and magnetic studies, and his continued efforts to advance the software in close collaboration with its user community.
