The workshop will be held for the first day (9th march) at the Institut Laue-Langevin in Grenoble, with a guided tour of the reactor facility given in the morning and the first session of talks in the afternoon. Buses will then be organised between Grenoble and Chamrousse in the evening.
The main venue is the conference room at the Village du Bachat, Chamrousse, France.
The accommodation in close proximity to the conference is in small studios/appartments at Villages du Bachat and can be reserved here or calling the number + 33 4 76 15 15 30. A number of single and twin rooms will be held for workshop participants until 20th January 2026. It is therefore important to reserve early for the accommodation adjacent to the workshop venue.
If you want to share a studio (in order to reduce the costs) please reach us out before December 31st.
However, there is also alternative accommodation available within a few minutes walk or local shuttle bus of the venue.
