The workshop will be held for the first day (9th march) at the Institut Laue-Langevin (ILL) located on the European Photon and Neutron (EPN) campus in Grenoble, France.
A guided tour of the reactor facility will be given in the morning and the first session of talks in the afternoon.
Buses will then be organised between Grenoble and Chamrousse in the evening.
ARRIVAL AT ILL
Upon arrival at the EPN campus, a badge will be given to you at the entrance of the site upon presentation of the identity card.
You will have to go to the ZAC reception of the Institut Laue-Langevin (building ILL 50) which will give you a 4-digit number allowing you to enter the controlled area.
Photos or films are prohibited unless specifically authorized.
Please note that the ZAC entrance (ILL50) is only open from Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Warning: your driving licence or photo of your ID card or passport are not accepted; your entry on the EPN and in ZAC will be systematically refused.
