Poster information

Format

The recommended format is vertical A0, which is 841 mm wide x 1190 mm high.

Poster prizes

Like the previous editions, ADD2022 offers prizes for the best posters presented by students and young scientists.

The best three posters will be awarded a hefty cash prize.

The prizes will be judged by ADD instructors, invited speakers and organisers and will be announced after the end of the poster session on Thursday 20th October.

New!

After the Conference diner, the winners were announced:

  1. Magnus KløveMachine learning based approach for solving atomic structures of nanomaterials combining pair distribution functions with density functional theory
  2. Konrad KrämerEffects of measurement parameters on pair distribution function calculation from in-house total scattering data
  3. Daniele BonaviaLocal structure of PdO/Al2O3 catalysts during reduction in liquid phase

Instructions

Posters supports are placed in the ILL4 foyer. The panels will be identified with poster ID (see table below). Velcro pads will be available to hang the posters, but if you need other material or help, please contact the secretariat.

Posters will be displayed throughout the week, so the sooner you hang your poster, the more visibility you will have.

List of posters

A total of 46 posters will be presented during the poster session, Wednesday 19th October.
