Please note that:
- A proof of your student status will be asked (e.g. recommendation letter from the supervisor or student card).
- Registration fees include canteen meals (except for Thursday and Friday evening), coffee breaks and the workshop dinner.
- Accommodation is foreseen at the ILL Guesthouse and includes breakfast.
- Payment is possible on-line via credit card or bank transfer.
Cancellation policy and refund of registration fees:
For cancellations before May 13 the registration fees will be reimbursed to 70%. Note that the accomodation fees cannot be reimbursed.
